This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar, and outdoor dining. The staff once even arranged a wake-up call for me. I recommend trying dinner here. it's simply the best! I'm coming back for Christmas.

I had a lovely stay! The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly poached eggs, and my evening meal was delightful with beautifully presented dishes. my room was quite different from the picture shown on the website, lacking the expected views.

We stayed in the Executive Double Room and it was spacious and comfortable. The views were stunning, and I loved the freestanding bath—so relaxing! The room was clean and had a nice vibe, with characterful decor. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything better.

Nice stay but room views were a bust

We had a cozy time during our 3-night stay at this place. The breakfast was a solid spread, loved the full English and pastries! Staff were super friendly and attentive. But we were really let down by the room views. two tiny windows faced the dining room instead of the beautiful scenery we expected.

easy access to stunning nature trails and charming cafes

I loved the gorgeous views and cozy atmosphere, and being just a 20-minute stroll from the Elterwater cafe made my mornings delightful. The surrounding area offers incredible hiking trails, including Silver How, which is only a bit more than 2 km away, allowing for a lovely day out in nature that fits perfectly with my love for walking through scenic spots.

we really enjoyed our stay at the eltermere inn. the location is stunning with lovely views over gardens, trees, and the lake. the staff was truly attentive, especially a young man who greeted us with a warm smile. free local leisure passes for the langdale spa made our experience even better!

The homemade ice cream was a delightful treat after a long day of rambling! Plus, the cozy bar area with its stellar selection made each evening enjoyable. And let’s not forget those friendly peacocks wandering about, bringing a unique charm to the place.

WiFi was a bit of a pain, only really working by the router on the landing. And those tiny bottles of shampoo were a throwback!

Poor Wi-Fi connectivity needs addressing!!! Updating outdated bathroom amenities would elevate guest satisfaction significantly!!! Tight parking conditions could lead to frustration during busier periods. Clarifying dining options would enhance overall experience!!!
